Richard Wane is Head of Singapore for Vanguard Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd. He is responsible for developing Vanguard's business strategy across Southeast Asia.
Richard joined Vanguard in 2008. In his previous role, Richard was Chief International Legal Counsel based in London, with accountability for legal and compliance support across Vanguard locations outside of the United States.
Richard holds a degree in law and politics from Durham University and qualified as a solicitor (England & Wales) in 1991.

Heston Goh is Head of Institutional Sales, Singapore, for Vanguard Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd. He is responsible for developing and strengthening Vanguard's institutional businesses in Southeast Asia by building strong relationships and exploring new opportunities with major institutions in the region.
Before joining Vanguard in 2015, Heston was the Head of Sales for Nomura Asset Management based in Singapore. He was responsible for client acquisition and asset gathering from institutional investors, private banks and family offices in Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and other frontier markets. Previously, he worked for the institutional businesses of Lion Global Investors and United Overseas Bank.
Heston holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
Steven Chua | Head of Intermediary Sales, Singapore, Vanguard Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Steven Chua is Head of Intermediary Sales, Singapore for Vanguard Investments Singapore Pte. Ltd. He is responsible for the sales and distribution of Vanguard’s products to financial intermediaries in Singapore.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Steven was Director for Intermediary Business, South East Asia with Schroders, where he was responsible for business and product strategies development, and distribution of mutual funds in Singapore and South East Asia. Steven started his career with OCBC Bank in 1999 as an Investment Product Manager. He also worked as channel sales manager with First State Investment and Allianz Dresdner Asset Management, where developing and implementing sales strategy was his key responsibility.
Steven holds a Bachelor Degree with Merit in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
